Made for companies in the Netherlands and the United States

Your interface language and your company’s country are separate choices. Work in English on a Dutch BV, or in Dutch on an American LLC.

Netherlands

Eenmanszaak, BV, NV, VOF, CV, stichting and vereniging. KVK number, btw-id, RSIN, BTW and KOR settings, directors and shareholders. Domestic invoices in euro with 21%, 9% and 0% BTW.

United States

Sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation and general partnership. State of formation, EIN, federal tax classification and owners. Invoicing for US companies is not available yet.

Also Poland

Polish companies use the full KsięgaI feature set, including KSeF e-invoicing.

What Firmora does not do (yet)

We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

  • No tax return filing in the Netherlands or the United States.
  • No Dutch bookkeeping (grootboek) or US sales tax.
  • No reverse-charge, intra-EU or OSS invoices yet.
  • Invoice PDFs still use some Polish headings for Dutch companies.
  • Parts of the app are still only in Polish; sign-in, the main navigation and company setup are in English and Dutch.
